Following is a summary of the differences between visiting the office and participating in our Long Distance Program:
- A consultant will be assigned to you as your primary contact. You will receive the contact information with your first shipment.

Support is provided via email and telephone rather than in person. Please see Contact Us for more information.
- We ship 3 sets of acupressure placements and supplies at a time which covers 27-days (each acupressure point is active for 9 days). As you near your goal, you may order fewer acupressure placements as we determine your actual needs. We refund in full for unused acupressure placements and supplies returned to us within 60 days. Please note you are charged for each acupressure placement, not the beads themselves.
- Orders are processed upon receipt of weight loss information and payment. We do not process incomplete orders.
- As you are unable to see your own head behind your ear, someone should place the beads for you following the acupressure placement chart provided in your shipment. Instructions for placement are included in your shipment or you may listen to our pre-recorded training.
- It is critical for you to maintain a weight log every other day. This log is to be submitted to your consultant every 9 days when you change your beads. A hard-copy of the weight log will be included with your shipment. Please see Weight Log Submissions for electronic forms and submission instructions.
- Additional acupressure placements and supplies are NEVER auto-shipped. You should order new placements when you put on the last acupressure placement you received (i.e., you have 9 days left with the acupressure placement you have). Please see Order More Supplies for instructions on placing a replenishment order.
